Conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions and sights during our city break. The hotel provided a delicious and satisfying breakfast every morning, ensuring we started our day off right with a variety of tasty options. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing.

The service model was a bit strange and misleading. the hotel placed several water bottles in the room, giving the impression that they were complimentary, only to find out they actually cost money.

The hotel had a nice little restaurant, friendly staff who spoke English, and well laid out rooms. The reception staff were helpful, especially Anne and Lok. The location was fantastic, within walking distance from the train station and shopping area. The room was spacious and clean, with a tea and coffee making facilities.

We stayed at this hotel and we absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to explore the beautiful old town of Antwerp just by stepping outside of the hotel. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The hotel itself was very luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they spoke multiple languages which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the breakfast in the executive lounge, it was far better than any other breakfast we have had in Europe. We can't wait to return to this place!

The only downside was that the public parking was quite busy and not exclusive. However, this is a minor inconvenience considering all the other fantastic aspects of this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the heart of the old town and I was thoroughly impressed. The location was perfect and I was able to easily explore the area. The service was top-notch and the staff was always ready to help with room service, car hire, laundry, and more. The room was equipped with everything I needed including a comfortable bed, sitting area, and terrace. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and fitness center which were a great way to unwind after a busy day.
